The Telegraph Beer Garden, also known as Beeryland, is everything that you never knew you always wanted in a hang-out spot. They have a huge dog-friendly patio that offers both covered and uncovered seating. Every wall is covered with graffiti, and every table is littered with doodles created by visitors. The seating consists of communal picnic table seating, which encourages you to spark a conversation with your neighbor.

This location offers beers of all types both on draft and in a container. Draft beers rotate periodically, and they are always delicious and reasonably priced. They also have a full bar! Their talented bartender can put together any drink you throw at him. Try one of their booze slushies! Telegraph Beer Garden has turned many of your favorite alcoholic beverages into blended cocktails. Options include the frozen Greyhound, Moscow Mule, Mango Vodka, and the Cape Cod, which is cran-raspberry blended with vodka. Slushies come in two sizes: half pint, which costs $8, or a pint, which costs $12. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, slushies are $8 for a pint between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

This place also has amazing burgers! They have certified Angus beef burgers that are cooked to order. The burgers include a toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a house sauce. They don’t serve fries here, but they do served Miss Vicki kettle chips with each entree. If you want a burger with a little pizzazz, Telegraph has creative options just for you. They offer a variety of specialty burgers. Burgers include the Mac & Cheese burger, the 5150 Burger, which is half Angus beef and half bacon, The Kono Burger, which includes kimchi and Swiss cheese, and the Squeal Burger, which is an Angus burger topped with porchetta. There are also vegetarian options which includes grilled cheese, grilled tofu hoagie, and a vegetarian burger. The kitchen closes at 10:00 PM, so be mindful of the time when deciding where to grab a late meal.

Parking is difficult in this neighborhood, and riding your bike is encouraged. The location is a short walk from the 19th Street BART Station, and is along the evening Broadway Shuttle rout.
