What started as a one-women operation entirely designed, produced and sold in Oakland, CA has become a brand with global reach. While still designed in Oakland, our production now spans California, a woman-owned knitwear co-op in Peru, and small, fair-trade certified factory in India. With growth, the line insists on maintaining the highest possible standards of ethics and sustainability, even at the cost of extreme selectivity of potential partnerships. The line, featured in many lovely shops, is accessible and adaptable; the embodiment of the modern (and not too serious) ladies uniform.
