X-CORE Fitness Studio

High intensity reformer Pilates classes.

X-CORE Studio on Grand Ave is a local woman-owned high-intensity, low-impact Pilates studio. Their classes target the entire body in 40 minutes. The owners fell in love with the high-intensity method, and wanted to share this effective workout with the community. They opened their first studio in the Grand Lake district in early 2017.

High-intensity Pilates strengthens your entire body, tones and elongates muscles, and builds core strength. The fast pace of each class ensures that no muscle group is left behind. Classes range from beginner to intermediate, and they also offer classes that focus on specific muscle groups like arms and abs.

Each class has up to ten participants, so the instructor is able to monitor everyone’s form. Workouts change each class so you don’t get bored and your body does not get used to a routine.
