Open since 2017, UC Dessert is a small dessert joint located on 9th St in Oakland’s Chinatown. They have a huge menu selection of different sweet treats, the most popular items being boba, Lady M, and mango black sticky rice with coconut sauce.
They take to-go phone orders, and in-store amenities include electrical outlets and board games. They also have a happy hour special on Monday through Thursday from 5PM-7PM, when most items get discounted to $3. UC Dessert is open every day, with hours from 10AM-10PM from Sunday to Thursday, and 10AM-11PM on Fridays and Saturdays. They tend to be more crowded on weekend afternoons.
