Instructors at The Lotus Method exclusively train prenatal and postnatal women, and are experts in prenatal and postnatal fitness. They focus on strength training, pelvic health, postural alignment, and many other exercises to minimize discomfort during this monumental time in your life.

They offer two fitness experiences to accommodate your preferred fitness style. The Signature Experience offers 1-1 personal training and a customized exercise program to address your individual prenatal or postpartum requirements. The Empowerment Collective includes small group classes that accommodate between 6 and 8 individuals. These group classes are customized to help you reach your fitness goals while also being fun and supportive. Learn more about both options here.
