The perfect program for losing weight and becoming stronger while implementing a plant based diet.

When it comes to your health, it is never too late to get into the habit of eating plant-based meals and exercising daily. While having the initial motivation to live a healthier lifestyle is common, it is often a struggle to maintain the lifestyle. This is not the case with Plant Based Fitness.

Plant Based Fitness is a program that is bigger than fitness. It is a “transformation studio” that focuses on coaching rather than training. By focusing on coaching, clients have a high level of accountability because they check in with their trainer on a regular basis. It is also a plant-based approach that helps clients change their lives by creating and maintaining good nutritional habits. This can be accomplished through their private, semi-private, or group training, along with nutritional coaching and cooking classes. They also offer fun events such as parents’ nights out.

Gary created this approach based on his personal struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. During his transformation, he learned the benefits of plant based nutrition, and he decided to share what he learned with others. Gary has dedicated his life to health and fitness and has several certifications including Sports Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Elite. He is even working towards his PhD in Holistic Health Sports Nutrition currently.

One major difference between Plant Based Fitness and other fitness facilities is that they understand that their plant based approach may not work for everyone. Prior to entering the program, a consultation is completed to make sure that the program is in line with your needs. If the program is not a good fit, the coaches at Plant Based Fitness take the initiative to refer you to a program that better suits your needs.
