Leonardo has over 25 years of experience baking Guatemalan, Mexican, and Salvadoran treats and cakes for special occasions. They bake fresh bread and a variety of pastries every day, and also serve coffee!

Their approach to bread-making includes a 48-hour fermentation process that results in artisan baked goods unlike any other.
