MacArthur Deli

Since 1998 MacArthur Deli has consistently offered delicious quick-serve breakfast and lunch items to the Millsmont community. Business owner, Valerie, prides herself on keeping prices low while still using fresh ingredients to serve the neighborhood healthy meals including sandwiches, salads, and soups.

The deli is known for making a killer pastrami sandwich. Their chicken skewers are also very popular. Like a lot of veggies on your sandwich? Come to MacArthur Deli! They have everything from standard tomato, lettuce, and onions to avocado, pepperoncini, and cucumbers. Don’t forget to try one of Valerie’s fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies! They are baked every morning and are the perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. They also have coffee available all day to help start your day or get you through the midday slump.

The deli is open every day and serves breakfast until 11:00 am. There are a few tables for dine-in customers, making it a great place for Mills College students to grab breakfast or lunch and crank out some school work before class. Free 2-hour street parking is easy to find along MacArthur Blvd and AC Transit line 57 stops two blocks away. Before visiting, make sure to have cash, this business does not accept credit or debit cards.
