Frohm’s Martial Arts & Karate is an exceptional self-defense gym that trains in Korean-style Tae Kwon Do, Japanese Karate, and boxing.

Ernest Leon Frohm is a world champion who has competed all around the world. He is even installed in the Hall of Fame in India. He has over 41 years experience and ensures that his students will improve proper form, techniques, and physical methods for self-defense. His training is also known to instill skills such as increased concentration, discipline, self-control, confidence, leadership, and much more.

Frohm’s gym is located on 58th and MacArthur Boulevard. There is street parking available.
