Aritaum

Nestled in the Sears Roebuck and Company building, there is a popular high-end Korean cosmetics store called Aritaum. The shop also offers unique kitchenware, clothing and household products from Korea.

Unless you are familiar with the products, it is difficult to tell what to expect when you walk into the business. Once you step inside, you will see a wide range of high quality Korean made cosmetics and skincare products from popular brands such as IOPE, Mamonde, and LANEIGE.

Sung, the shop owner, can complete a skin test to help you understand your skin type and make product suggestions that will give you the softest, most luminous skin possible. There are also displays that Sung will let you sample to find the perfect product for everyday use or for a special occasion including foundations, lipstick, and eye products.

Aritaum also offers a membership program. This program allows you to accumulate points for each purchase and redeem them in for free products.

Spend some time perusing the shop and you will likely find something that you love at a reasonable price. Both cash and credit cards are accepted here.

The store is located a short walk from 19th Street BART and across the street from Gogi Time and other Korean businesses along Telegraph Ave including a block away from Koreana Plaza (KP) Market.
