Allison Banks grew up in Maryland in a family of cooks where everything was made from scratch. She started making pickles for her daughter, who absolutely loved pickles. The goal was to recreate the classic bread & butter pickle from her childhood but make it healthier. At Allie’s Perfect Pickles the sweet pickles use apple cider vinegar, honey (instead of sugar), lots of garlic, and a special spice blend. They make AMAZING pickled beets, and dill pickles that are perfectly crispy, crunchy, garlicky, dilly, and tangy! Allie’s Perfect Pickles are always organic, using locally sourced ingredients, and packaged in glass.
