Tiny D’s Head of the Class Salon is owned and operated by Diane Jackson-Wilson. Yes, she is Tiny D! Inspired by her grandmother to open a business, she has been operating in Deep East Oakland since 1992.

Tiny D is serious about healthy hair care. She and her team of five stylists stay current on the latest hair trends and techniques by taking classes, attending seminars, and offering hair care workshops for their clients. Tiny D says “Learning the science of hair and staying educated has allowed my business to thrive. Healthy hair is #1!” In addition to offering wonderful hair services, the stylists treat their clients like family.

The salon is located across the street from Foothill Square Shopping Center. There is free parking in the lot behind the salon.
